Requesting a Notice

1. Open the Notices tab

Navigate to the Notices section in your workspace sidebar.

2. Click “New Notice”

Fill in the notice details including type, dates, and reason.

3. Submit for approval

Your request will be sent to your workspace administrators.

  • Submit notices as early as possible, especially for longer periods
  • Set your status to reflect your availability

For Admins

  • Review notices regularly to avoid approval delays
  • Use the team calendar to spot potential coverage gaps
